I cannot say enough about the superb customer service related to a recent sockbox order. I was late ordering 6 pairs of socks and wanted them to arrive on time for a birthday. The friendly and helpful staff did everything possible and ensured my package arrived on time. I even received a phone call ( from the owner?) to ensure details were correct. Wow! I have previously ordered sockbox gift subscriptions and my son and son-in-law loved receiving the socks every month. On my recommendation several friends sent Christmas gift subscriptions to family members who loved the gift. And I too love the ladies socks which are a high quality, comfortable product.
